Our consulting services are provided by Dannie Torres, Bud Shearer, and Howard Fackelman .  Together they have over 100-years of collective operational laundry experience.  In addition to Dannie and Bud, we have in-house depth of experience in laundry equipment and facility maintenance.

We will:

• Provide project feasibility studies to determine whether the objective is worth the effort.
   
• Design and develop laundry equipment and flow plans that effectively meet the goals and objectives of the project.
   
• Develop specifications that detail the parameters of the project.
   
• Develop Requests for Proposal (RFP) to be used during the equipment purchasing stage of the project.
   
• Provide project management services to coordinate project timeline, construction supervision, and equipment delivery and installation.
   
• Provide start-up to bring equipment up to operational readiness, and provide training to laundry management and operators.
   
• Provide operational assessments of existing laundry operations, and develop and implement operational plans to improve performance of the laundry.
   
• Provide laundry equipment assessment to determine life cycle and functionality.
